I heart Gooseberry Patch

Do you love Gooseberry Patch cookbooks? I do! In fact, one of my recipes was even featured in one. It's called, "Easy Chicken and Mushrooms," and it's in the Harvest Kitchen one that came out last fall.

I was (and still am!) so excited that they chose my recipe...of course I don't blame them, it's a good one. :-) LOL Anyway, GP has a blog now, click here to pop in! They have contests a lot, including the "inspiration" for this post!
